Shipping Policy

We are a proudly Canadian toy store and at this time offer shipping only within Canada.

We offer flat rate shipping (amount varies by province) for orders under $150 CAD and free shipping for orders above $150 CAD, which is applied automatically at checkout.

 Our typical processing time is 1 business day, but during holidays or sale events our processing time may increase to 3 business days. We try our best to get your packages shipped as soon as possible.

Please check your junk mail for our shipping notification, as our emails sometime end up there.

If you are local and would like to pick up your order in person, we offer free in-store pickup next business day (select this at checkout). If you do not hear back from us within 2 business days, please email us at admin@tommys-toys-and-treasures.ca.
