Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your package has been delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@tommys-toys-and-treasures.ca. If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us (or bring it to the store). You will be responsible for return shipping cost. We strongly suggest you return the package with tracking number.
Once we receive your return package safely, we will issue your refund within 7 business days. Please note we only refund the amount for item minus the shipping cost. We cannot refund you for shipping the item to you or you shipping it back to us.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized cards, item bought on sale and gift boxes. These items are final sale.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
We packaged our item very carefully, but please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of delivery, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can contact us at admin@tommys-toys-and-treasures.ca with a picture of the damaged or wrong item. If your return is accepted, we will refund you or send you another one just like it.
